A 34-year-old Janesville man faces the possibility of up to 70-years in prison after being arrested on charges including Possession with intent to Deliver Cocaine, being a Felon in Possession of Firearms, and the Production of Child Pornography.  Janesville police say the indictment alleges Kyle Richards committed drug crimes dating back to October of last year.  Police say Richards was in possession of four handguns in May of this year.  Richards is also accused of using a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purposes of producing a visual depiction of the conduct.  The production of child pornography charge has a mandatory minimum penalty of 15-years in prison.  Police say the charges are a result of an investigation by local police, the Wisconsin Department of Justice, and U.S. Attorney’s Office.
