Beloit fire fighters battle a blaze on the east side.  The Rock County Emergency Dispatch Center reports firefighters were called to a residential fire in the 800 block of Wisconsin Avenue a little before 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.  Officials say flames could be seen coming from the roof of the two-unit, two story building.  About a dozen area fire-units responded.  Early reports suggest everyone escaped.
