The arts and crafts community comes together to support a good cause.
Organizer Karla Haakenson says more than 25 artisans will have their handmade items available for purchase at the second annual Crafting for a Cause event on September 16th.
Proceeds from the event benefit homeless unaccompanied youth at Project 16:49.
The event will run from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Craig Center at the Craig Center at the Rock County 4-H Fairgrounds.
Attendees can explore the range of vendor offerings, including: paintings, photography, jewelry, woodworking, cards, and other crafted goods and unique items; and can enter to win a variety of raffle baskets.
Admission to the event is a suggested donation of $10 or a $10 fast food gift card.
