A 44 year old Janesville man facing multiple possession of child pornography charges is held on a $25,000 cash bond.

Timothy Eastman appeared in Rock County Court Monday on seven counts of possession of child pornography where Court Commissioner Jack Hoag ordered the cash bond.

Janesville police executed a search warrant for Eastman at a home on MacArthur Drive in Janesville last week after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

During the search, police found evidence of the crime, as well as a gun under Eastman’s pillow.

Eastman is due back in court on December 19th for his adjourned initial appearance.
