Local veterans and their families may not be aware of all of the benefits they are entitled to.

The William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, Janesville Elks Lodge and Rock County Veterans Service are teaming up to host a veterans resource fair Wednesday in Janesville.

It will run from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Janesville Elks Lodge.

V.A. Hospital Chief of Public Affairs Jim Bove says there will be more than 20 local organizations and resources available.

Bove says there will be information about healthcare, education, and employment benefits as well as several regional military-focused organizations.

Veterans are asked to provide proof of service using a DD214 or military ID.
