A 45-year-old Janesville man is bound over for trial on seven counts of possession of child pornography.

Timothy Eastman appeared before Rock County Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig Tuesday morning where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

Janesville Police executed a search warrant on a home on the 1300 block of MacArthur Drive on November 30th after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

During a search, police found evidence of the crime, as will as a gun under Eastman’s pillow.

Eastman is currently being held on a $25,000 cash bond.
