A 23-year-old man is facing charges after a fatal traffic crash near downtown Janesville.  A news release reports Janesville police responded to a hit-and-run about 6:45 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of West Milwaukee Street.  Police say a 34-year-old man apparently ran into the roadway and was struck by a vehicle.  Police say the driver, Noe Perez Reyes, left the scene, but was located shortly after by officers.  The victim was taken to a local hospital but later pronounced deceased.  Reyes was arrested on charges including Hit and Run Causing Death, and Knowingly Operating a Vehicle without a Valid Driver’s License Causing Death.
