The Rock County Medical Examiner’s office is releasing the name of the individual who died because of a hit and run incident over the weekend.

According to a release, 34-year-old Kelby R. Hall of Janesville died at the hospital and preliminary results of an examination confirm Hall died from injuries sustained in the crash.

Noe Perez Reyes, the individual accused of driving the vehicle that hit and killed Hall, made his initial appearance in Rock County court Monday and was ordered a $3,000 cash bond.

A criminal complaint alleges that after striking Hall Saturday evening, Perez Reyes went up to the nearest stop light, looked out of the vehicle and back at the individual, and drove away.
