The Rock County Clerk’s Office is recommending voters get to the polls early Tuesday if they’re able.
With snow in the forecast Tuesday it could make for a messy election day.
County Clerk Lisa Tollefson says they’ve had blizzards during the April election in the past and there are contingency plans to make sure results get posted on election night.
Tollefson says some of the rural municipalities that still drive their election information to the courthouse, may need to phone in their results instead.
Tollefson is expecting a 45 to 50 percent voter turnout.
The polls are open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.
