JATV Media Services is bringing home high honors at the Midwest Media Fest in Eau Claire.

Director Alan Luckett says the event is where local media centers managed by local governments, school districts, colleges, and non-profit organizations are recognized for their hard work and dedication to providing quality programming for viewers.

Luckett says JATV will be receiving an excellence award for their “Tales of Adventure” program.

“Tales of Adventure” is a unique multi-media production that tells six stories of nine local people and their extraordinary courage. The show is written by local writers Teresa Nguyen, Frank Schultz, and Jamie Swenson and includes storytelling, inspiring video interviews, original songs, dance, and skits.
