Janesville police say a Beloit man had a vehicle full of children when officers pulled him over for his third intoxicated driving offense.

Police say they arrested 36-year-old Ricardo Villalobos intoxicated shortly after midnight Sunday after his vehicle crossed the centerline and ran a red light.

When officers pulled his vehicle over near South Pearl and West Holmes streets, they noticed Villalobos had five passengers with him — all under age 16.

Police say he showed signs of intoxication and failed a sobriety test. Results of a blood test are pending.

Villalobos is being held at Rock County jail pending a court hearing. He faces a count of third offense O-W-I, and five counts of driving intoxicated with a passenger under age 16.
