A 52-year-old Oswego, Illinois woman is charged in Rock County Court with keeping a place of prostitution.

According to the criminal complaint, Janesville Police received a report about sexual contact being sold at Asian Spa and Massage on Milton Avenue.

Officers used multiple undercover informants who went into the business and were offered sexual favors for an additional fee.

Detectives also collected trash from the business which contained a large amount of used condoms.

A search warrant was conducted at the business last week. Officers found over $6000 in cash stuffed in a freezer.

The only person inside the building at the time of the raid was Shuqin Zhong.

She made her initial appearance in Rock County Court last week where Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig set a signature bond.
