A 25-year-old Beloit man waives his right to a preliminary hearing in two separate cases where he’s accused of raping a teenager and violently attacking his girlfriend.

In Rock County Court Monday morning Court Commissioner Jack Hoag Bound Isaiah Washington over for trial on two count of second-degree sexual assault of a child, strangulation, battery, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and obstructing an officer.

Washington is currently being held in the Rock County Jail on a $13,500 cash bond.

He’s not due again in Rock County Court until October.
