A local school district is starting a dialogue with the community in an effort to move forward.
School Board President Tia Johnson says the first in a series of four “Table Talks” will take place Thursday from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Cunningham Building.
Johnson says this event offers families, students, educators, and stakeholders a platform to discuss important issues impacting Beloit schools and students.
Johnson says the district had a listening session last month to learn why people voted for or against the referendum.
