A 53-year-old Janesville woman is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 5th Offense.  Janesville police report an officer stopped a vehicle at North Ringold Street and Mount Zion Avenue for an expired registration a little after 11:00 p.m. Sunday.  A news release states while making contact with the driver, the officer observed behaviors indicating impairment.  Jennifer M. Sturm was arrested and taken to the Rock County Jail.  The release adds the charge includes having a passenger in the vehicle under 16-years-old.
