A Rock County Jury finds a Beloit man guilty of possession with intent to deliver cocaine following a two-day trial.
The Rock County District Attorney’s Office says Beloit Police executed a search warrant at 45-year-old Kyle Hereford’s home last year and found a quarter pound of cocaine.
According to online court records, the jury also found Hereford guilty of possession of THC.
Additional charges of battery and two counts of disorderly conduct where dismissed without prejudice before the trial started on Monday after Judge Karl Hanson denied the state’s motion to sever the charges.
Sentencing is set for January 17th.
