A 29-year-old Beloit man who impregnated a 14-year-old girl in 2015 when he was 20-years-old takes a plea deal in Rock county Court.

According to online court records, on November 20th Alvino Rogers-Allen plead guilty to third-degree sexual assault. He was originally charged with second-degree sexual assault of a child.

DNA taken from the fetus in 2015 was linked to Rogers Allen by the state DNA data bank in December 2023.

Rogers Allen remains free on a $5,000 cash bond while he awaits sentencing on February 5th.
