A Janesville man who apparently didn’t learn his lesson when he was caught taking up-skirt pictures of a customer while working at a local pharmacy will spend three years behind bars after taking a plea agreement in a new child pornography case.

In Rock County Court on Wednesday, Judge Ashley Morse revoked Xavier Braker’s felony hold-open agreement in his previous capturing an intimate representation case and found him guilty of two counts of possession of child pornography in his new case.

As part of the plea agreement, three additional counts of possession of child pornography and a bail jumping charge were dismissed but read into the record.

During the investigation, police found a number of images and videos of young children being sexually assaulted. They also found messages between Braker and another person where he claimed to have molested a young relative while they slept.
