Once again, St. William Catholic Church will host ECHO’s annual Christmas meal this year.
The local nonprofit will serve ham and turkey at the church from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25th.
The meal is open to everyone regardless of income level.
ECHO Executive Director Jessica Locher says for Janesville residents, delivery and carryout options are available. ECHO also offers rides to and from the church for Janesville residents without other transportation access.
Between 500 and 700 people partake in the meal every year. Locher says ECHO is still looking for some volunteers to work this year’s meal.
People who would like to volunteer or anybody who wants to schedule a ride, meal delivery or carryout should call ECHO at 608-754-5333.
