A 36-year-old Janesville woman is facing charges including Theft of a Firearm and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.  A news release says Janesville police officers were called to the 100 block of North River Street at 8:45 p.m. Sunday for a report of a theft of a firearm from an unlocked vehicle.  Officers established a perimeter, initiated a K9 track, and located Kimberly K. Heaps on North High Street.  Police say Heaps had the stolen firearm concealed in her clothing.  She is being held at the Rock County Jail.
