The Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin has a new executive director. Former Kandu Industries of Janesville Development Director Jim McMullen will be helping pets go home again starting next week. McMullen says he’s always been interested in helping vulnerable populations and pets are no different. He says besides completing the capital campaign for a new facility, he also hopes to expand services at the no-kill shelter.
