A 42-year-old Janesville man is under arrest on suspicion of operating while intoxicated 4th offense after being pulled over on the Interstate for speeding.

The Wisconsin State Patrol says a trooper observed Demone W. Shaw traveling over the posted speed limit on I-39/90 southbound near mile marker 168 in Rock County just before 12:30 Tuesday morning.

The trooper stopped Shaw’s vehicle and after observing signs of impairment Shaw was arrested for drunken driving for the 4th time.
