The Reopen the Rock Task Force is hosting a free drive-thru face mask giveaway on Saturday October 17th in Janesville and Beloit.

Co-Chair Al Hulick says adult and child sized masks and thermometers will be available.

The giveaway will run from noon until 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Brother Dutton School, Merrill Community Center and St. Thomas Church in Beloit; and at First Congregational United Church of Christ, the Rock County Job Center and the 12 & 12 Drop In/Club House in Janesville.

Hulick says the task force is also distributing masks to non-profits and food pantries in the smaller communities like Clinton, Evansville, Edgerton, and Milton to be distributed the week of October 19th during regular business hours.
