The City of Janesville appears to be getting a Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Senior Planner Brian Schweigl says Monday the Plan Commission will set a public hearing for the project on November 16th.

The nearly 5,000 square foot restaurant will be located adjacent to the intersection of Humes Road and North Pontiac Drive on the southeast corner of the Blain’s Farm and Fleet property.

The project requires a conditional use permit because plans include a drive-thru.
