A missing 10-year-old Walworth girl is found safe and alive.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice issued an Amber Alert Monday night for Joceyln Van Duyn, who was last seen at around 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Authorities list her biological father, 33-year-old Jonathan Van Duyn as the suspect.

The Department of Justice is expected to release more information later.
