Motorists traveling Milton Avenue Thursday may want to allow a little extra time to arrive at their destination.

According to a news release from the City of Janesville, the right-hand lane of northbound Milton Avenue will be closed between Creston Park Drive and Newman Street from 6:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Thursday

There will be no posted detour as the left lane will remain open.

Drivers are advised to use caution as crews complete emergency storm sewer repairs in the area.
