Janesville’s tourism industry is slowly making a comeback.

Janesville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau Executive Director Christine Rebout says small group of leisure travelers have returned.

Rebout says small events like Shop the Rock and the Vintage Shop Hop are drawing groups of one to two from areas like Illinois and other parts of Wisconsin.

Rebout predicts it will be probably be June before larger group activities like meetings, conferences, and outdoor sporting events will begin happening.
