The winning day and time for the Blackhawk Golden K Kiwanis Truck on Ice Contest is 2:23 p.m. March 8th. Club members pulled the truck from the Traxler Park Lagoon Wednesday morning.   The winning ticket worth $2000 is held by Bill Pierce of Burlington. Contest spokesman Glenn Disrude says the biggest surprise this year was the number of fish swimming around in the truck. He says a couple dozen Blue Gill needed to be returned to the lagoon. The biggest surprise for participants was how quickly the truck began to sink considering the sub-zero weather last month.
