Motorists traveling Kennedy Road near the Interstate may want to plan ahead for a few weeks..

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says Kennedy Road under I-39/90 will be closed to all traffic from 7:00 Wednesday morning until mid-July.

Drivers will be required to use alternate routes.

Emergency access will be maintained for police, fire, and EMS.

Crews will reconstruct the roadway under the Interstate into the final configuration.

The work operations are weather dependent and subject to change.
