Beloit Police are warning the public about a convicted sex offender who’s been released into the community.

According to a news release, 39-year-old Nathan R. Boehm is temporarily living at a property rented by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 1216 Portland Avenue.

Boehm was convicted in 2018 on three counts of possession of child pornography. In a separate incident, he’s also accused of sending sexually explicit materials to a minor female victim.

Boehm remains on supervision by the Department of Corrections until September of 2025 and is required to register as a sex offender. He is also subject to lifetime GPS monitoring.
