A sexual assault investigation in Janesville leads to a search warrant being executed at a residence on the 1100 block of West Wall Street.

According to a news release officers had information to believe that the suspects involved in an August 16th sexual assault may have been armed.

The warrant was executed Tuesday afternoon without incident and officers didn’t find any of the suspects inside the home.
