A crash on the Interstate north of the Highway 26 interchange in Janesville results in an Operating while Intoxicated charge.  The State Patrol responded to an accident in the northbound lane a little before 10:30 a.m. Monday.  Troopers say the vehicle’s driver, 42-year-old Leroy C. Virghes of Madison, showed signs of impairment.  Virghes was arrested on a charge of Operating while Intoxicated 5th Offense, with a Passenger under the age of 16.
