A 53-year-old Janesville woman’s death is under investigation.  Police were called to the 500 block of South Academy Street just before 1:00 a.m. Thursday after her boyfriend reported finding her unresponsive.  Lieutenant Chad Pearson says when the body was examined, bruising and other suspicious injuries were found.  Pearson says an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death will help determine how the investigation will move forward.
