A local college is planning a party to celebrate the student body’s high COVID-19 vaccination rate.  UW-Whitewater Marketing and Communications Director Jeff Angileri says 74% of students have been vaccinated.  Angileri says UW-System President Tommy Thompson is planning a visit to commemorate the achievement.  The visit is set for next week Wednesday at 4:45 p.m. outside Connor University Center complete with a band performance and remarks from student leaders and university officials.
