In a little trick-or-treating of their own, Janesville police arrest three registered sex offenders on Halloween.  Police report officers and probation and parole agents conducted 75-home visits to verify registered sex offenders were in compliance with the release requirements.  Those arrested during the home visits were 27-year-old Tyler Dix, 45-year-old Kevin Lewis, and 44-year-old Antorn Roby Sr.
