With supply chain shortages creating pre-Christmas headaches for gift-givers, one local community is suggesting shopping local.  Evansville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Christina Slaback says the Olde Fashioned Christmas celebration is a way to remind residents what’s in their own backyard.  Slaback says Olde Fashioned Christmas features recreational attractions as a way to bring people downtown to the stores, shops, and restaurants.  She says this year'[s celebration is set for November 19th and 20th.
