The Janesville City Council is holding a public hearing and possibly taking action on the proposed 2022 City and Library budgets (Monday) night.

Finance Director Dave Godek says citizens can check out the spending plan on the City’s website.

Godek says under the proposed budget the average homeowner would see a tax increase of about $121 – most of it is an increase in storm water fees.

The Janesville City Council meets at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.
