The Janesville Police Department concludes it’s investigation into a racist meme posted by a Milton High School Student on November 3rd.

According to a news release, the 15-year-old will be referred to the Rock County District Attorney’s Office for a charge of unlawful use of computerized communication systems.

Janesville Police say the Snapchat post compared local student athletes on a football field with racist and violent historical imagery.

Both student athletes depicted in the in the meme are juveniles and neither participated in the creation or distribution of it.
