An independent national watchdog organization awards Beloit Health System top marks for safety.  Leapfrog recognizes Beloit Health System with an “A” for achievements in providing patients with safe care.  The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade is a ratings program based exclusively on hospital prevention of medical errors and harm to patients.  Beloit Health System CEO Tim McKevett says receiving the highest Patient Safety Rating of providers in Rock County reaffirms BHS’s commitment towards its care for the community.
