After more than six-years of construction, state officials celebrate the near completion of the Interstate project through Rock County to six or more lanes.  Governor Tony Evers joined local officials Wednesday afternoon at the Park and Ride in Janesville for a ribbon cutting ceremony.  Evers says I-39/90 serves as a Gateway to Wisconsin creating a vital link for tourism and the transport of goods and commerce to and from the state.  Forward Janesville Vice President Dan Cunningham says it certainly helps with business decisions being made.  And Visit Beloit CEO Celestino Ruffini says the project showcases the power of transportation in Wisconsin.  The project runs 45-miles from the state-line to Madison.
