Beloit Police are investigating an armed robbery.

According to a Facebook post, officers were dispatched to the Casey’s Gas Station on Cranston Road just before 10:30 Sunday night.

Investigation determined that the suspect approached the clerk and handed over a note demanding money while producing a firearm.

The suspect is described as a white man wearing black shoes, tan pants, and a black coat with a hood. He was wearing a blue face mask and a black baseball cap.
