The city of Milton has selected a consulting firm to help educate the public about the need to invest more in local fire service.  City Administrator Al Hulick says the council chose Milwaukee-based Mueller Communications based on their breadth of knowledge and experience.  The city of Milton, along with the towns of Milton, Harmony, Johnstown, and Lima have already agreed to submit a petition to join the Edgerton Fire Protection District.  As part of the plan, two new fire stations are expected to be built.  Hulick says Miller Communications will help draft and promote the referendum, which still has a dollar amount and election date to be set.
