The 34-year-old former Rock County Sheriff’s Deputy accused of sexually assaulting multiple boys before he was hired in 2016 stands mute to the charges and has not guilty pleas entered on his behalf.

Gary Huber appeared before Rock County Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer virtually for his arraignment Monday afternoon.

Huber faces a total of 10 charges including first degree child sexual assault, child enticement, causing a child to view sexual activity, and exposing genitals to a child.

Huber was a deputy from August of 2016 through July of last year, but resigned to avoid an internal investigation.

A jury trial is being planned for a future date.
