The suspect accused of robbing the BP on Beloit Avenue in Janesville with a shotgun before fleeing in a stolen Subaru makes an appearance in Rock County Court.

Prosecutor Margaret Ginocchio asked for $10,000 bail during 28-year-old Kevin Rolseth of Genoa City’s initial appearance in Rock County Court Thursday afternoon.

After Rolseth’s attorney argued for a signature bond, Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer set cash bail at $2000.

Rolseth is due back in court for his preliminary hearing on March first.
