Freeman Parkway in Beloit will be closed May 3 and May 4 for a sanitary sewer connection project. Strategic Communications Director Sarah Lock says the project is a private business that’s under construction and they need to connect to the city’s sewer system. Lock says the closure will be north of Fuller Drive and south of Chatsworth Drive. A detour will be provided for residents in that area and a map with the posted detour can be found on the city’s website.
