UW-Whitewater Administrative Affairs Vice Chancellor candidate finalist Janesville’s City Manager Mark Freitag sees this position from an opportunity standpoint among other things. Freitag says it would be a new opportunity to lead a new team and to serve. Freitag says when he thinks about serving, it’s the work the university does, taking folks looking to develop their professional skill set, expand upon it so they can enter the workforce and do great things for America and Wisconsin. He thinks about that ability to serve as being something that’s an opportunity he’d be interested in. Freitag was on campus Wednesday.
