One of the five people who were arrested last month when the Rock County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team executed a search warrant on a home in Milton, appears in Rock County Court.

Rock County Sheriff’s Deputy Cody St. Michael testified at 32-year-old Kristy Taylor of Janesville’s preliminary hearing Monday morning on charges of possession of narcotics, possession of cocaine, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer as a repeater.

Court Commissioner Jack Hoag found that enough evidence had been submitted to determine that a felony had probably been committed by Taylor, and bound her over for trial.

Taylor’s attorney Steven Zaleski entered pleas of not guilty on her behalf.

A jury trial is expected to be scheduled for a future date.
