Pavilion’s in Janesville are now open to residents to reserve for their private gatherings.

Recreation Director Shelley Slapak says Janesville residents get first dibs and can reserve through this week, and non residents can start reserving on (Monday).

Slapak says they have several pavilions offering a variety of different amenities like bathrooms, picnic tables, and grills; and some even have kitchens available for use.

Slapak says one pavilion, the Traxler Warming House, is fully enclosed and available year round, while the others are open and available on a seasonal basis.

People can reserve a pavilion by visiting the Janesville Parks and Recreation office, then starting Monday people can also reserve them online.
