The State Patrol reports the two-vehicle crash occurred shortly after 7:00 p.m. Friday on I-39 eastbound near mile marker 175 by County Highway O.  Officials say a Toyota Camry was traveling southbound and struck the rear of a semi-tractor-trailer.  The driver of the Toyota suffered fatal injuries.  The crash remains under investigation.
