Six women and one young woman are honored with the YWCA Rock County’s Women of Distinction Awards.

According to a news release, this year’s recipients include Denise Webb with Hagen CPA, Erica Daniels with Beloit College, Jamie Counsell with Mercy Health Hospital, Julia Jorgensen with Velocity Multi-Sport & Cycling, Rene Bue with Hedberg Public Library, Sarah Williams with Edgerton Community Outreach, and Deanna Renteria who is a student at UW-Whitewater at Rock county.

The YWCA Rock County’s Board of Directors also selected SSM Health as the 2023 Corporate Award of Merit recipient.

The recipients will be honored at the annual Women of distinction event on May 10th at the Celtic House at Glen Erin Golf Club.
